CIMB's Learning and Development function oversees responsibility for the continual development of the staff of CIMB Group. It runs continual development and training programmes for all members of staff, both in-house and external, with the aim of building the people's core capabilities for high performance and succession planning.
It also manages the talent development initiatives for the group in supporting the bank's talent attraction and retention.
Apart from this, it provides support for employees of the Group who wish to undertake external qualifications that relate to their chosen career areas.
